.US Registrations Boost Alldomains.com to Record April

May 14, 2002 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Corporate domain name registration and management firm Alldomains.com (Alldomains.com) said today its April sales were up 63% over the same time last year due to a large number of .US domain registrations.

The company also said new and repeat business from Fortune 500 and International corporate customers were also strong during April.

According to NeuStar, the exclusive operator for dot-US registry, two thirds of all .US registrations have come from corporations and businesses while one-third have come from individuals.

“As we expected, corporations have been quick to register their .US domains,” said Chris Bura, founder and CEO of Alldomains.com. “The demand for the .US domains has far exceeded any other country code domain we’ve worked with in the last six years.”
