United Hosting said it is taking over ownership of Dimension 8′s servers, ensuring that there will be no downtime or need for migration. According to the company, all Web hosting plans and rates for Dimension 8 customers will remain unchanged unless they decide to switch to a United Hosting plan.

Matt Wallis, director of United Hosting, said the acquisition will allow Dimension 8 customers to derive added value from United Hosting’s stability, support response times and use of its customer forum and support center.
