The new order process follows the Marketing Experiments guidelines of removing friction and reducing anxiety, so customers are only asked for essential information. Ordering a UK2 Web Hosting package would traditionally involve several steps. The new tool enables users to order in ust a few clicks, as customers first place the hosting order and then decide on what domains they would like to use or purchase afterwards.
