TurnKey Internet Launches Vault Network Attached Storage

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider TurnKey Internet (www.turnkeyinternet.com) announced on Wednesday it has launched the TurnKey Vault Network Attached Storage, an enterprise-class cloud‐based backup and storage solution for business customers.

TurnKey NAS is designed for file‐sharing and online backups of servers or office PC networks, and can be mounted as a local hard drive for easy, secure drag‐and‐drop file copying.

The solution can be accessed from anywhere with support for FTP, SCP, SFTP, Rsync, NFS or Samba connections.

It also supports PC, Mac, Linux and other operating systems.

TurnKey NAS is compatible with every backup software package that supports direct‐to‐disk backups, including Retrospect, BrightStor, CommVault, NetVault, Netbackup, Tivoli, Shadow Copy, and Microsoft Data Protection Manager.

“As universally accessible (and sharable) data becomes ever more important to consumers and businesses, cloud‐based storage solutions have become indispensible tools,” says Adam Wills, president and CEO of TurnKey Internet. “Historically, these solutions have been inaccessible to the average business client. We are very excited to be able to offer the seamless TurnKey Vault NAS as a universally compatible and extremely easy-to-use cloud storage option to our clients.”

TurnKey Vault NAS is part of the company’s new generation of business solutions, which started off with its Web-based email marketing software, TurnKey Newsletter.
