I have used Tulip services the time I visited Mumbai, India, a few years before. They were using non wired connections. They used to transmit it the same using their gadgets. I discussed with one of Tulip members as to why they are not using wired connections. Got to know that cost to lay a new cable in a metro like Mumbai costs high and that’s the reason they decided non wired connections. That’s a nice idea for any ISP during the initial phase.
