March 10, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Managed hosting provider Thruport Technologies Inc. (Thruport.net) and Web content management software provider iPlicity (iPlicity.com) announced on Monday that Thruport has made an equity investment in iPlicity and the companies have formed a partnership, offering advanced hosting and Web content management solutions.

Through the partnership, Thruport will use iPlicity’s Kashmere Web Management Suite and professional services to provide businesses with a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for managing Web operations. Thruport says iPlicity’s solution combines Web content management, Web analytics and Web-based customer relationship management.
