The Planet said it hopes to cut costs and reduce support calls across its server management arm with Plesk. The most recent update of Plesk, released in February, includes such new features as Spam Assassin, a multi-level trouble ticketing system and an “Application Vault” allowing point and click installation for multiple applications.
