Terremark Adds New Data Center Customers

January 10, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center operator services provider Terremark Worldwide (terremark.com) announced on Monday that it has inked contracts with new customers in an effort to extend their relationships with the NAP of the Americas, California’s NAP/West and the NAP de las Americas in Spain.

Google, Inc., Qwest Government Services and SBC Telecom, Inc. are all among the newest clients. Existing customers who have signed up for additional services include CCD Communications, Miami-Dade College, Miami-Dade County Government, Sprint Communications and VOIP, Inc.

“We have had a very active quarter with over 25 customers signing multiple year contracts at the NAP of the Americas,” says Terremark chairman and CEO Manuel D. Medina. “These new contracts continue to validate the uniqueness of our business model”.

Terremark currently has over 230 customers across its four NAPs, including NAP do Brasil.
