He joins the company?s executive management team and will report to president and CEO Bob Walters.

Prior to joining Teros, Nugent was senior vice-president of worldwide sales, support and global alliances at Atrica, a provider of metro ethernet communications systems. He has also worked in the sales organizations of companies such as Cisco Systems, 3com and IBM.
