Telindus Acquires Netconcept

September 15, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Belgian telco carrier Telindus (telindus.com) announced late last week it has acquired all the shares of German network services specialist Netconcept (netconcept.de).

According to the company, the acquisition is part of a restructuring plan designed to help transform the company from a regional structure to a truly national organization.

“This acquisition will strengthen Telindus? activities in Germany, and will facilitate the evolution towards a service organization focused on superior customer service. On top of that, Netconcept provides Telindus with a much broader geographical coverage of the German territory,” said Ronald Everaert, CEO of Telindus.

Netconcept is based in Frankfurt, Germany. Its portfolio of clients includes notables such as Messe Frankfurt, Siemens, Equant and France Telecom.
