Telehouse Hosts VoIP Session
August 28, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center operator Telehouse America (telehouse.com) announced on Monday it is hosting a VoIP training session September 15 at the Telehouse Center on Staten Island, New York from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The session will features representatives from Juma Technology, Level 3, Time Warner Telecom, NeuStar, NexTone, Xceedium and Telehouse, who will reveal insider scoops and perspectives on all facets of VoIP including SIP & SIP-IX services.
Topics to be discussed include how to protect enterprise networks prior and during installs, where carriers are headed to own the VoIP space, why SIP services are key to IP voice, video/data today and beyond, and new technologies in the peering space, such as session management to power intelligent interconnects, and in hardware to keep VoIP infrastructures operational.
The day will feature interactive workshop sessions offering insider secrets that participants can apply to their own businesses. Industry experts will instruct participants on tested methods for analyzing, setting up and implementing VoIP systems.
