Telehouse Hosts RCN Seminar
October 30, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center provider Telehouse (telehouse.com) announced it will team with RCN Business Solutions (rcn.com) in hosting its free, monthly Breakfast On Broadway seminar entitled Alvarez Evaluates Telecom Consolidation, Mergers & Acquistions. The event will be held on November 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the BROADWAY Center in Manhattan.
At the seminar, Felipe Alvarez, RCN Business Solutions president will appraise RCN’s post-merger achievements and discuss telecoms’ changes, mergers, acquisitions and the possible strategies behind them.
Alvarez will also offer his perspective on finding the successful model for “unlike mergers,” highlighting the merging back office operations, crossing-over product lines, sales and marketing, client relations and managing street perceptions.
