TELEHOUSE, FiberNet Partner for Ethernet Service

October 9, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — TELEHOUSE America (telehouse.com) announced today that it has completed an agreement with FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc. (ftgx.com) to offer TELEHOUSE customers ethernet distribution to the New York International Internet Exchange (NYIIX) within its 60 Hudson Street facility.

FiberNet will also provide ethernet service for the NYIIX from 60 Hudson to TELEHOUSE?S facility at 25 Broadway Center.

According to the company, the agreement also simplifies the process for TELEHOUSE customers at 60 Hudson Street to connect to the NYIIX by eliminating the extra step of separately negotiating an in-house fiber run to the NYIIX suite.
