March 17, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — TeleCity (telecity.com), a provider of colocation, Web hosting and data center services, announced on Thursday that it had renewed and expanded its agreement with Managed Storage International (msiservice.com), enabling it to provide data protection services to its customers in Europe.

According to the agreement, MSI will continue to provide backup and restore to MSI from its London-based data center, while expanding delivery to Amsterdam, Paris and Frankfurt. MSI will also install and manage additional data protection infrastructure that will enable TeleCity to provide enhanced managed backup services to its hosting customers. TeleCity will market and sell MSI’s backup and restore service through its existing sales channels as part of its managed services portfolio.
