“We chose Hostopia to deliver our business hosting and email for two reasons: they have the latest product features to drive our growth and reduce customer churn, and their expertise in operating the platform offloads valuable resources we’d prefer to deploy elsewhere,” says Craig Drinkhall, senior vice president of product development and engineering at TelCove. “It’s a superior business model that allows us to succeed in hosting while focusing attention on our core business.”

Drinkhall said TelCove has already implemented spam and virus filtering for its business email users and plans to roll out other value-added features such as e-commerce store applications.
