SWsoft Launches Sitebuilder 4.0

June 28, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting software developer SWsoft (swsoft.com) announced on Wednesday it has launched Sitebuilder 4.0, which includes Single-Sign-On technology, enabling service providers to administer their Sitebuilder service plans using a single login and password.

The latest release of Sitebuilder now has 12 dynamic modules, including a new File Download Module that enables site owners to easily add files to their Web sites, such as PDF files, documents and spreadsheets. Also, the Area Map Module was enhanced with Google Maps technology, which lets users embed interactive Google Maps in their sites to provide visitors driving directions to and from a specific address.

Sitebuilder 4.0 features for service providers include promotional footers, SSO support backup/restore and custom design template support. For end users, features include file download module, Google Maps, multiple image uploader for image gallery and one-click publishing.

“Sitebuilder 4.0 adds new features that make it easy for hosting providers to customize service plans and easy-to-use options to attract and retain customers,” says Serguei Beloussov, CEO of SWsoft. “Sitebuilder’s improved integration with SWsoft Plesk and use of SSO technology is a direct result of our open fusion initiative to deliver flexible, open solutions that create business opportunities for the entire hosting ecosystem of providers, end-users and software vendors.”

SWsoft recently announced that along with 1&1 Internet, they completed the first implementation of the Application Packaging Standard.
