SWsoft, ALLERS Partner to Sell Plesk in Japan

September 23, 2003 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- SWsoft (sw-soft.com) announced today it has entered into a partnership with ALLERS Inc., a Yokohama, Japan-based systems development and commerce consulting firm, to sell the Plesk 6 (sw-soft.com/products/plesk) Web hosting control panel to its existing customer base and the Japanese Web hosting market.

Plesk 6 is now available throughout Japan and includes complete Japanese language support, the company reported.

Plesk 6, released in June, offers various features including domain level backup and restore, multiple IP name based hosting, Java application server support using Tomcat, auto-installation and upgrade management.
SWsoft, a Web hosting software developer with U.S. offices in Herndon, Virginia and San Francisco, California, acquired Plesk in early June of this year.
