February 11, 2003 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Hosting automation and enterprise server software developer SWsoft Inc. (SW-soft.com) announced on Monday that it has released version 2.1 of its HSPcomplete platform, designed to give customers a more secure, reliable and efficient automated hosting solution.

SWsoft says HSPcomplete 2.1 manages each aspect of a hosting provider's business cycle, including systems, operations, business and applications. The modular platform allows customers to manage each component separately while optimizing hardware and personnel use.

According to the company, the new and enhanced features of the product include: advanced fraud protection; improved VPS based on Virtuozzo 2.5; improved scalability; streamlined signup; improved support for shared and dedicated hosting; enhanced billing features; support for new payment and domain plug-ins; and improved customer control panels.

"We're rapidly solving the problems of the maturing hosting industry," said Serguei Beloussov, CEO of SWsoft. "Before HSPcomplete 2.1, Internet fraud and the inability to scale a business were the biggest problems for hosting service providers. HSPcomplete 2.1 can securely process thousands of new electronic payments per day, create and configure all the accounts, and automatically bill customers."
