June 6, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Supanet Hosting (supanet.com) announced on Wednesday that it is offering 12 months of free Web hosting to the first 1,000 international customers to sign up.
The company says it launched the promotion in light of the recent award it received from Hostreview.com, which Supanet says it won for being the fastest growing Web hosting company on the market.
“Following the success of our 12 months free hosting offer for our UK customers we decided to offer it worldwide. This way everybody on the planet can afford to build their own Web site,” says Sam Benson, product marketing manager for Supanet. “The UK offer was that popular we had to extend it, so it is very important that international customers who are interested sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
The free hosting offer includes a free .com domain name as well as unlimited Web space.
Last week, Supanet began offering free UK domain names.
