StratoGen has launched ViewDesk, a hosted VMware View solution
VMware hosting services provider StratoGen announced on Tuesday it has launched ViewDesk, a hosted VMware View solution which helps simplify the deployment of virtual desktops in the cloud.
The move comes a few months after StratoGen opened its new cloud data center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
ViewDesk is now available in StratoGen data center locations across the US, UK and Asia, providing customers with a cost effective and verified VDI environment for 25 to 500 virtual desktops.
StratoGen decided to develop the hosted VMware View solution after seeing strong demand for desktop-as-a-service solutions built on the latest VMware View platform.
StratoGen ViewDesk helps organizations to benefit from desktop virtualization capabilities by streamlining the deployment of a dedicated VMware View platform and enabling users to migrate from on-site PCs to hosted virtual desktops.
The solution features verified VMware View infrastructure built to best practice standards, includes enterprise class components from NetApp, HP and Cisco, offers a scale-as-you-grow platform that enables VDI resources to grow with your business, ensures ISO27001 certified security at platform and data center levels, and provides full administrative access.

All StratoGen services are backed by a 100 percent uptime service level agreement, and a free migration assistance service is also available.
