November 27, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — European Web hosting provider STRATO (strato.com) recently announced it has introduced two new data backup solutions, BackupManager and BackupControl.
STRATO says both solutions offer customers easy means of instant and continuous data backup of their PC hard drive and Web space content at no extra cost. BackupManager enables the customer to back up data from the PC hard drive, while BackupControl works automatically in the background to save copies of Web space at regular intervals.
Compared to traditional backup systems such as tape, STRATO says these two solutions are faster and more flexible, and they offer the most competitively priced backup solution in the market.
