(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Managed hosting provider StrataScale (www.stratascale.com), a subsidiary of RagingWire Enterprise Solutions (www.ragingwire.com) announced on Tuesday that it has named Denoid Tucker vice president of technology.
This is the first major appointment since December, when StrataScale named Robert Vincent the company’s general manager and chief operating officer.
Tucker was formerly senior director of engineering at RagingWire and was the chief architect of StrataScale’s flagship managed hosting service, IronScale.
In this role, he designed the technology to “save SMB and enterprise customers time, money, and improve operational efficiencies.”

In his new role, Denoid will create new features and services for IronScale, while ensuring that StrataScale always exceeds the dynamic needs and expectations of its customers.”
His background in network systems architecture and deployment of large-scale IT environments has helped Tucker to develop an understanding of how to scale IT infrastructure for SMBs and enterprise companies across industries with vastly different business models.
Before joining RagingWire in 2000, Tucker worked for Photronics, which designs, develops, and produces reticles and photomasks for semiconductor and microelectronic applications.
There he held different management roles where he engineered enterprise-class IT systems and a global infrastructure that powered photo-masking processes for Motorola, AMD, and other semiconductor manufacturers.
He has also held held a senior systems administrator role at CRL Networks, as well as senior engineer for several leading ISPs.
