Those resellers that choose to exercise the option will have their customers’ support requests dealt with through StartWebHost’s customer support ticketing system.

According to StartWebHost, the packages are priced starting from $19.95 with unlimited end user support available for an additional $20 per month. Plans start with 1GB of disk space and 20GB of monthly data transfer. Resellers are charged for data transfer on the basis of what their customer use.

Each plan is equipped with Positive Software’s (psoft.net) H-Sphere control panel. H-Sphere also comes with Site Studio, a Web site building tool.
