SPS Commerce Names Director
April 10, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Electronic Data Interchange Software-as-a-Service provider SPS Commerce (spscommerce.com) announced on Monday it has named Martin Leestma to its board of directors.
Leestma recently served as the president, CEO, and was a member of the board of directors for retail software provider Retek Information Systems, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to joining Retek, Leestma held numerous senior positions at Accenture including global industry managing partner of retail and consumer goods & services industries.
