We are acquiring a world class facility at an attractive entry price, providing highly engineered outsource IT solutions to regional clients, and backing it up with unparalleled local support.”

In conjunction with the acquisition, the company said it had hired a veteran management team with “deep Charlotte ties and proven expertise in the hosting market.” Springboard said it had launched an aggressive sales campaign several months ago and had already signed a number of Charlotte area customers.
