The new appliance has been optimized to take advantage of the HostingDirector Appliance Edition platform, which Sphera says was developed based on the feedback of customers who have deployed the company?s technology and applications. The IBM Hosting Appliance allows hosting providers the ability to scale from one plug-and-play appliance to a centrally managed, multi-site data center.
