Available in Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans, the data center managed services plans offer colocation and dedicated server clients first response technical support and expert operating system management focused on uninterrupted connectivity, security and preventive maintenance.
The Tier 1 plan is priced at $129.95 for a monitored device and $49.95 for a Mac Mini managed services, while the Tier 2 plan is $149.95 for a monitored device. Both plans require a set up fee, which will be initially offered for $89.95, then $129.95 for the Tier 1 plan and $149.95 for the Tier 2 plan immediately following the limited time promotion.
According to the press release, the newly enhanced plans include monthly vulnerability test and upgraded availability monitoring, delivering a complete performance diagnosis to quickly determine any security and application problems.
Upgrades to the data center managed services plans include an enhanced view of monitored devices through a detailed weekly report, monitoring in 90 second intervals with failure alerts sent via email or email capable device, preventive maintenance by IT professionals experienced in monitoring a wide ranged of operating systems for event log alerts, backup completion, patch management and antivirus definition updates, and discounted support rates when remediation is needed
