SJR Hosting Revamps Web Hosting

January 24, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Wisconsin based Web hosting provider SJR Hosting (SJRHosting.com) announced on Monday it has revamped its entire hosting structure, taking steps that include increasing the resources provided in its Web hosting plans, remodeling its support department and enhancing its server technology and hardware.

SJR Hosting has added new features to its hosting packages, including free marketing credits, Web site and security monitoring, Web site load balancing and an increase to the number of domains allowed per hosting package.

“We implemented an entirely new support ticket system, an offsite server monitoring system was developed and an emergency pager system that notifies our support department as soon as a server goes above normal load was implemented,” says Scott Jones, president of SJR Hosting LLC. “With all the new features we can now effectively provide prompt support responses and ensure excellent uptime to our customers.”

Every server at SJR Hosting now comes with a Raid-1 storage system, a minimum of 2GB of memory, one backup hard drive and one quick swap replacement hard drive. The company has also increased processing speeds, reduced downtime and prepared for future hard drive failures.
