September 2, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Hosting automation software developer SitePak (sitepak.com) announced on Thursday that it would begin offering partnerships to managed service providers for OHC, the company’s flagship solution for automating and integrating hosted services.
OHC provides automated provisioning, self-management and integration with other software and features three levels of control and full customization. The solution is designed to help companies reduce operating costs while opening up new revenue streams.
SitePak says partnering will enable managed services providers to attract Web hosts, application service providers and enterprises to their data centers.
“OHC opens up the possibility of attracting other service providers to your data center since OHC will permit you to offer best of breed Internet tools, automation, as well as site monitoring to these hosting companies that use your data center,” says Eileen Goldfarb, CEO of Sitepak. “We will provide you with separate hosting service provider control panels for each of these service providers, allowing them to change their hosting packages and track and bill their end-user sites without involving your resources. Your staff can then concentrate on improving existing and developing new managed services in your data center.”
