SiteGround Reaches 100,000 Domains

May 25, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider SiteGround (siteground.com) announced on Thursday that it is now hosting more than 100,000 domains.

The company believes the growth is generated mainly by the high level of customer satisfaction it produces, and demonstrates its commitment to continuous service improvement.

“One of the signs for customer satisfaction is the fact that more than one third of the customers are using our service for more than one domain,” says Lilyana Yakimova, marketing manager of SiteGround. “Another sign of the quality of our service is that many of the new customers are attracted by the recommendations of the existing users.”

The company announced that a new service improvement initiative is now in progress. It includes replacing old machines with Woodcrest machines by Dell and keeping fewer accounts per server, which will enable SiteGround to provide more resources, speed and security to customers.

SiteGround recently launched a new version of its customer area, with new design and added functionality, and well as increased the space and traffic quotas for its super hosting package.
