SingleHop announced this week that it has named Jordan Jacobs vice president of products.
In his role at SingleHop, Jacobs will oversee the entire product lifecycle, bringing more than 10 years of experience in business strategy and product development to the company.
Prior to SingleHop, Jacobs was vice president of product development and director of corporate strategy at PhoenixNAP. In this role, he was responsible for product development and strategy across its IaaS product lines. In April, he was involved in updating the PhoenixNAP Secured Servers offering in its Ashburn data center. Jacobs joined PhoenixNAP in 2009 as director of corporate strategy.
“We are excited to be able to attract someone of Jordan’s caliber, who visualizes and fully comprehends the opportunities in the ever-changing cloud space,” Zac Boca, SingleHop CEO said in a statement. “He is an accomplished product leader who has been able to successfully leverage his technical skills, combined with adept sales experience, to gain a deep understanding of client problems and, in turn, design well-thought-out and executed products and solutions.”
Prior to PhoenixNAP, Jacobs was director at Pacific Rack, and sales manager at Global Net Access.
