June 10, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Sendmail Inc. (sendmail.com) said this week that it has signed a worldwide reseller agreement that will extend its message management products to HP’s (hp.com) services and consulting groups customers. Also available via HP’s reseller network are Sendmail’s Mailstream Manger for content, message flow security, and Mailcenter for carrier-scale storage and access.

Another newly-available Sendmail product is the Anti-Spam Solution, based on Sendmail’s Mailstream Anti-Spam Solution. The new soft bundle for customers is available on HP ProLiant servers running Linux and will subsequently be available on servers running Windows in Q3 2004.

Customers have the choice between two- or four-way versions of the HP ProLiant server, which is available in North America and Europe, making its way to additional markets later this year.

The Anti-Spam solution complements Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes and other Internet standard email systems. The product combines comprehensive spam management and the unique dynamic connection security delivered in Sendmail?s MAS, with the stability and performance of the HP ProLiant servers.
