Secure-24 has named Steve York vice president of client service delivery.
Cloud hosting provider Secure-24 announced on Thursday it has named Steve York vice president of client service delivery.
This marks the first of several appointments for Secure-24, following Rob Waddell joining as sales director focused on SAP cloud, hosting, and application support service, and Ellen Baldwin being named western regional sales director of Secure-24.
In his role, York will be responsible for Secure-24’s client partners, customer service team and program/project management teams, helping to deliver exceptional service to the company’s customer base.
Working with Secure-24′s executive team, he will help develop new strategies as part of an going improvement approach to deliver innovative solutions in SAP hosting, Oracle Application hosting, and cloud computing.
Prior to joining Secure-24, he worked two decades as an executive and transformational IT strategist at both small entrepreneurial and large global companies in a multiple of industry verticals.
He focused on operations and IT transformation at Michigan-based companies, including AlixPartners, Hayes Lemmerz International, CGI Group, and lean manufacturing operations at Ford Motor Company.
He is also active in the Detroit Chapter of Society of Information Management.
