May 21, 2002 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Global network service provider SAVVIS Communications Corp (SAVVIS.com) announced on Tuesday that it has entered an agreement with Web-based telecommunications marketing and procurement system Telezoo.com (Telezoo.com).

According to the arrangement, SAVVIS will provide managed hosting for Telezoo.com?s marketing and procurement platform, allowing Telezoo to scale up its Lead Management System (LMS), designed to provide an Internet-based system for enterprise and carrier equipment and service providers to manage, track and close new business opportunities generated through Telezoo or another source.

Conversely, says the company, SAVVIS is also a customer of Telezoo, and uses the company?s full suite of marketing tools in growing its customer base. Telezoo?s platform allows SAVVIS to target and reach over 1 million IT buyers, managed leads within its internal sales force and with channel partners while measuring performance.
