November 15, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Software as a service provider SaaS.com (saas.com) announced on Tuesday that it has released its Small Business Edition software for small to midsize businesses to help with their time and labor management needs.
The company says that its release coincides well with a recent study conducted by the Computing Technology Industry Association that found that 45 percent of respondents expected their businesses to grow by more than 10 percent over the next year, while 21 percent looked forward to better than 20 percent growth during that time.
With this in mind, SaaS.com created the SBE, a scaled back version of its software for organizations with less complex time and labor management needs. The company says it realized it needed to do more in the SMB space to make it simpler for SMBs to work with SaaS.com. With a wide range of features created with SMBs in mind, the SBE is simple to set up, easy-to-use and affordable. Organizations will be able to simplify tracking time and attendance and enhance user experience with unique features, says the company.
“SaaS.com offers features that alleviate most of the work-related pressures an SMB might face on a day-to-day basis,” says, Rudy Roca, product manager at SaaS.com. “With technology being one of the most important factors in SMBs success, combining flexibility, different levels of functionality, and ease of use is essential in ensuring solutions are, in fact, beneficial.”
