March 9, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Rodopi Software (rodopi.com), a developer of back-end automation software for Web hosting and Internet service providers, announced on Tuesday that it had signed an agreement to provide online provisioning and customer care applications for VOIP solution provider btnaccess’s (btnaccess.com) Hosted PBX services. Btnaccess provides hosted private branch exchange solutions designed to support both enterprise and wholesale voice over Internet protocol markets.

Btnaccess will use Rodopi’s OSS application to manage its retail customer base. The company will also offer Rodopi’s hosted back office applications to its wholesale customers as part of an IP Telephony service offering.
