June 23, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — RLX Technologies (rlx.com) announced today it has selected Topspin Communications (topspin.com) to provide it with software, hardware and systems that will enable it to deliver blade server solutions for high-performance computing (HPC).

Under the agreement, Topspin will adapt its InfiniBand hardware and software for use with RLX?s blade server platform. In addition to a complete software suite, Topspin will provide host channel adapters, switches and channel gateways for interconnecting RLX blade servers and their local area and storage networks.
