According to Namit Merchant, business head of Webhosting.info, the newly revamped Web site features a new look and feel and has been migrated to upgraded servers in the US in order to speed up page downloads. Merchant said that Webhosting.info is also changing the frequency of statistics reporting from a monthly to weekly basis.

Another new feature of version 2.0 is the Web hosting look-up service, where customers can find out the hosting company and IP address of a domain name by submitting its WHOIS details. Other features include new dynamic reports and upgrades to the site’s forums.

Merchant said the company would continue to solicit user feedback and make more improvements to the site.

Webhosting.info was first launched in September 2003.
