(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Customer feedback and online reputation management services provider RatePoint (www.ratepoint.com) and UK web hosting provider Webfusion Group (www.webfusion.co.uk) announced on Wednesday they have signed a reseller agreement to provide Webfusion with communication tools to manage their online reputation.
Last month, Webfusion partnered with affiliate marketing solution provider Commission Junction to introduce a new affiliate marketing program.
Under this reseller agreement, Webfusion’s customers will receive a 60-day promotional trial of RatePoint’s web-based communication service.
RatePoint’s suite of services includes feedback tools, email marketing, survey and dispute resolution capabilities.
These services enable small- and medium-sized businesses to collect, manage and promote customer feedback directly from their website.
Webfusion is one of the largest web hosts in the UK, serving 1.4 million hosted websites and 2 million registered domains.
The company recently expanded its services from the UK into the US, launching a division that focuses on SMB customers that may be unfamiliar with the Web hosting market.

RatePoint’s patent-pending solution enables small businesses to manage their online reputation by capturing, managing and publishing business reviews, product reviews and feedback directly from their websites in language provided by the consumer.
RatePoint verifies actual customer feedback for authenticity, and businesses can respond to any negative feedback before it’s posted online.
