May 2, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Radiant Communications Corp. (radiant.net) today reported significant customer growth with its first quarter revenue up 47 percent to $3.6 million from $2.5 million for the same period in 2002.

Radiant?s connectivity and hosting revenue, which is based on long-term customer contracts, accounts for 83 percent of its total revenue and was up 57 percent to $3.0 million.

In the first quarter of 2003, Radiant gained over 700 new enterprise customers. The majority of these new customers chose Radiant on the recommendation of existing Radiant customers and partners, the company reports.

According to Radiant’s first quarter customer satisfaction survey, customers rated the company’s professionalism, service delivery and technical support very high with an overall rating of 4.7 on a 5-point scale.
