Before joining Radiant, Gillette was senior vice president at EDS Canada. Prior to that, he was a senior executive with IBM Canada and Digital Equipment, and was senior vice president of sales for Bell Canada division Bell Nexxia.

Radiant says Gillette will be granted options in the capital of the company to purchase up to 500,000 common shares from treasure at an exercise price of $0.50 per common share vesting over three years and expiring on March 23, 2009.
