February 17, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Internet service and Web hosting provider Radiant Communications (radiant.net) announced earlier this week that Wendy Porter and Don Calder have joined its board of directors, replacing outgoing members Marc Bouchard and Omaya Elguindi, who have resigned.

Porter most recently served as president of Vital Merchant Services in Sacramento, California. A veteran of the payment processing industry, she has also held senior positions at Moneris Solutions and the Bank of Montreal.

Calder is the former president and CEO of BC Tel. He was also CEO of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Bid committee.
