June 5, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — UK Web hosting provider Rackspace Managed Hosting (rackspace.co.uk) announced on Tuesday it has been recognized in the Financial Times Best Workplaces Awards. The Web host was listed as one of the top 50 best places to work in the UK, as well as being one of the UK’s most ‘fun and friendly’ and ‘most welcoming’ companies to work for.
“At Rackspace we believe that satisfied staff are better able to provide our customers with Fanatical Support, our own brand of customer service excellence,” says Jacques Greyling, Rackspace’s MD EMEA. “I think the recognition Rackspace has received in the Best Workplaces Awards is a great achievement and everyone at Rackspace should be proud of what we have created.”
The Great Place to Work Institute evaluates the degree of trust in relationships at applicant organizations based on employee responses to the Trust Index Employee Survey and Culture Audit management survey.
