According to Frost & Sullivan, in evaluating Rackspace for the award, it tracked all its product launches, R&D spending, products in development, and new product features and modifications. It then compared and evaluated those categories based on the degree of innovation and customer satisfaction. Frost & Sullivan also said Rackspace scored high in other areas, including product acceptance.
