The Performance Managed Hosting service introduced by Qwest is designed to managed the customer?s environment through the entire operating system, including bandwidth use, disk space use and monitoring of CPU load. The service includes two service level agreement options, including a 99.5 percent standard uptime guarantee, and a new fault resilient 99.95 percent uptime guarantee.
