The company, with offices in Calgary and Toronto, confirmed that it has entered into an underwriting agreement and filed its final prospectus with regulatory authorities in each of the provinces in Canada. Q9 has also granted underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 571,500 common shares at the same price to cover over-allotments, if any.

The offering is scheduled to take place next week on April 29, 2004.
