Under the terms of the deal, Q9 will provide a fully managed hosting solution to Woodbine, including servers, firewalls, load balancing, backup and storage, for its new online horse racing wagering site (hpibet.com).

The Web site, Canada's first horse betting site, is expected to attract more than $15 million (CDN) in its first year of operation.
