January 3, 2002 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Q9 Networks Inc. (q9.com), a Canadian provider of managed

Internet infrastructure services, announced today that it has been selected

by Dominion Bond Rating Service Ltd. (dbrs.com) to host the DBRS corporate Web site.

DBRS is a full-service rating agency that provides credit ratings on issuers

well as asset-backed securities. DBRS also offers industry analysis, rating

reports, and ratings indices for issuers and investors throughout Canada,
