December 1, 2004 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Application, SLA and infrastructure performance analytics provider ProactiveNet Inc. (proactivenet.com) and Web transaction monitoring solutions provider Coradiant announced on Wednesday that they have formed a partnership designed to let customers Web transaction performance data from Coradiant's TrueSight into ProactiveNet's correlation and root-cause analysis engine.

The companies say the joint solution integrates seamlessly, improving the IT team's ability to detect and resolve performance problems before they impact Web applications.

According to the companies, Coradiant's user performance data is brought into the ProactiveNet console along with infrastructure performance data, and TrueSight watches ProactiveNet's performance analysis through TrueSight's Watchpoint summary. Both arrangements can improve an IT organization's visibility into performance.

"Pairing TrueSight's ability to watch the processes that drive a business with ProactiveNet's root cause and correlation technology creates a revolutionary approach to Web application performance monitoring.," said Alistair Croll, co-founder and chief strategy officer at Coradiant. "As soon as the first user on a site has a problem, TrueSight sees it and ProactiveNet starts looking for the root cause. This means faster detection and better diagnosis."
