Performance Monitoring Firm Yottaa Names Two New Executives

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Cloud-based web performance optimization provider Yottaa (www.yottaa.com) announced on Tuesday it has named two new executives, including William Toll as VP of marketing and Chris Weekly as product manager.

Yottaa says it is currently building a new staff as it prepares to launch a cloud-based service designed to “optimize customers’ websites for faster performance and better business ROI.”

Both Toll and Weekly have extensive experience in the Internet infrastructure and web development industries.

Toll comes to Yottaa with more than a decade of experience in the hosting industry, most recently leading the channel marketing efforts at web hosting provider NaviSite.

Prior to that, he spent 10 years in marketing leadership roles at other hosting providers including Affinity Internet, which is now Hostway, Verio and Intermedia. Additionally, Toll is a regular WHIR blogger.

Weekly will be leading product management for the company’s key initiatives. He previously served as a principal software engineer and web architect at marketing and college savings platform Upromise.

He has nearly 14 years of experience in web development and architecture, with an expertise in presentation-tier technology, WPO and data-driven decision-making.
